Boeing and Lockheed Protest Falls Short As GOA Upholds Pentagon's Decision

Earlier in October last year, the Pentagon announced that Northrop Grumman had won the contract to design and build 100 next-gen long range strike bombers for the U.S. Air Force — the LRS-B aircraft.
